Tom Ashdown
After
graduation from CL, I went to John Carroll, receiving a degree in business in
‘67.
After Carroll I went to the army for a couple of years, spending my time in aviation.
After returning home I eventually worked at a Cleveland-based manufacturer, for which I worked for twenty-some years, until they went through a series of buyouts by foreign outfits. Eventually the new owners replaced the top tiers of management.
After leaving my long-term employer, I did some ‘tactical’ consulting for companies looking for solutions for daily business operations.
In 1971 I married. My wife, Maureen, and I have five daughters, three of whom are married. No grandchildren.
We continue to live in Cleveland; we are members of Ss Cosmas and Damian parish.
